The condo has a swimming pool, a gym, laundry service, a convenient store and 24 hours security.

It is only a few minutes to Rama IX road and only 25 minute drive to Suwannaphumi airport. The condo provides a shuttle van service to Huay Kwang MRT station. It is near shopping malls, IT malls, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, cinemas and Thailand Cultural Center.

They have reasonable accommodations for decent prices. The services and staff are efficient and helpful.

Be advised: there are a LOT of children in this complex.
