With locations around the world, Trader Vic’s is a family of restaurants, united by our four cornerstones: Decor, Food, Drinks, and Service. Combined, these define the Trader Vic’s Brand and create the Trader Vic’s experience. To ensure the success of each new restaurant, our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to delivering sincere and personalized service and a flexible support structure to each franchise partner. We are respectful to regional conventions and incorporate local customs without diluting the Trader Vic’s Brand.

Decor
Each restaurant, though consistent in theme and aesthetic, has its own unique personality, and no two are exactly alike. We source the most unusual decor items from around the world including antique tribal masks and tiki carvings, natural exotic materials such as tapa cloth, woven grass wall-coverings and tropical fabrics, indigenous artifacts such as woven fish traps and hand-hewn canoes, and Polynesian-inspired color palettes, lighting fixtures, and furnishings. Our goal is to help each franchise partner create an authentic tropical haven where guests can immerse themselves in a sophisticated oasis of lush sights, exotic sounds and delicious smells in an environment inspired by the South Pacific.

Trader Vic's sunday brunch is incredible.

They have a full international buffet featuring just about everything you can imagine. The spread is breathtaking and there is no chance you can sample everything on offer.

My favorites are the bbq prawns and seafood, along with the pan fried foie gras.

Maybe the best part is the free flow of Mai Tais. These things sneak up on you like a jackhammer! They also have unlimited bloddy marys, red and white wine and liquor infused ice cream. There is no chance you will leave this brunch sober.

It is certainly expensive at about 1,800 baht per person, but it should definitely be tried at least once while you are in Bangkok.
