I went to Bully's in hope of finding somewhere that could serve me a good American breakfast. I knew Bully's would get a passing grade when the waitress actually understood what 'over-easy' meant.
The meal cost 180 baht and was definitely worth it.

The crowd is mostly foreign men with the odd Thai lady (typical sukhumvit scene), but not sleazy.

If you're looking for western food and a few drinks go check it out.
